Financial Analyst for Johnson & Johnson in Uppsala

Adecco is now looking for a Financial Analyst for our client Johnson & Johnson in Uppsala! Are you an analytical and structured economist with experience in financial analysis and reporting? Do you want to contribute to improvement initiatives and support a global organization in the medical technology field? Then this is the position for you!

About the assignment

As a Financial Analyst, you will be an important part of the Finance team and be responsible for analyzing manufacturing variances, functional costs, and reporting. You will support monthly closings, asset capitalization, and volume forecasts, as well as contribute to process improvements and ad hoc projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing manufacturing variances and functional costs.
• Supporting asset capitalization and volume forecasts.
• Participating in monthly closings and reporting processes.
• Contributing to operational improvement initiatives and projects within Supply Chain Finance.

This position is a consulting assignment starting immediately and is expected to last for about 5 months. You will be employed by Adecco Sweden and work 80% on-site in Uppsala and 20% remote.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

• A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Advanced skills in Excel and good competence in Power BI.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• A background in supply chain, manufacturing, or cost accounting.

You are analytical, structured, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You enjoy working independently and have a high level of accuracy in your work.
